Shipping Information and Order Processing

Orders from the previous day and weekends are processed for the next business day at 9:00 AM. Orders received after 9:00 AM are processed for the next business day. We offer 1-2 business days for order processing and dispatch, depending on availability. We offer thousands of products, and warehouse transfers may take additional time, delaying the dispatch of your order.

Timeframes provided at the time of checkout are delivery timelines provided by our eParcel delivery service in the area. We do not guarantee these delivery timelines as the service is provided by third parties.

VX Power Semiconductor selects the service utilised for the delivery of your order to achieve the best delivery timeframes. It is our responsibility to assist with tracking and inquiries in relation to the consignment. Once the order is received, our customer service team will notify you either by phone or email to advise that the order is ready for pick up. 

All deliveries will require a signature to avoid theft and lost/misplaced parcels. Customers are able to contact the service providers to authorise an “Authority to Leave” in a safe place should taking personal delivery of the parcel is not convenient. NOTE that an “Authority to Leave” is an agreement between the consignee and delivery company and VX Power Semiconductor does not take responsibility for parcels with “Authority to Leave”.

Please note: These are industry averages and delays may occur during holidays and peak periods. Deliveries to remote areas are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

PLEASE NOTE; ANY RETURNS DUE TO A WRONG OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR ITEMS RETURNED FOR NON COLLECTION WILL INCUR AN EXTRA FEE – THIS WILL ALSO CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT INCLUDING ANY UNIT NUMBERS, FLOOR LEVEL NUMBER, COMPANY/SHOP NAME ETC. BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER.

 

High Value Orders

We reserve the right to request for additional identification in relation to orders and payment received, particularly for high value orders. This is for the protection of the business and the card holders against unauthorised use of the card holders account.

 

Bulky Items

In the case of large or bulky parcels, our customer service may contact you should there be any additional freight costs incurred.
